Steve is a charter member of TEAM FUGAWI, one of the longest-running stage rally course-opening teams in the U.S., and he drives 000 in PNW events. As a lifelong mechanic, rally has always been part of Steve's life. He loves keeping Tabor Racing cars on the road—especially working alongside his partner and Co-Driver, Kathryn Hansen.

Max Wagoner

Crew | UNOH Rally Club

Intern

Max Wagoner is from Ellicott City, Maryland. He made his rally debut crewing at LSPR 2024 and was drawn into the sport after seeing a rally-spec Evo X project at UNOH, leading him to jump in and crew the same weekend. Max loves seeing cars pushed to their limits and counts a late-night axle repair at SOFR 2025, saving what was feared to be a blown transmission, as his favorite TRT memory, with Bill Petrow as a key mentor.

Nick Glendon

Crew | UNOH Rally Club Graduate

Intern

Nick Glendon is from Medford, New Jersey, and made his rally debut at LSPR 2024. He discovered rally through a chance meeting with Bill Petrow at UNOH, choosing to skip a career fair to talk with “the guy with the cool rally car,” and decided on the spot to crew at LSPR, which was an experience that hooked him immediately. Nick loves rally for its raw, unforgiving nature that tests the entire team, and counts LSPR 2025 as his favorite and most well-rounded rally experience to date.
