Team Director

Mark Tabor is a driver and Team Director for Tabor Racing Team, competing in L2 with a 2018 Ford Fiesta, "Teddy". He was introduced to rally as a family volunteer in 1996 and made his driving debut at the Oregon Trail Rally in 1998, instantly hooked by the raw speed and teamwork of the sport. A multi-time champion and Pikes Peak competitor, Mark values rally for its deep team and family connections and has been continuously involved as a driver, co-driver, or volunteer every year since 1996.

Kristen Tabor

Driver - Car #231

Serivce Crew Chief

Kristen Tabor began her racing career in 1998 as a co-driver for her brothers before moving into the driver’s seat in 2001 with her mom, Jan, as her co-driver. She’s driven most cars in the Tabor stable (Nissan Sentra SE-R “#3”, Geo Metro “Lil Monster”, Matt’s Production GT Mazda 323GTX, Mark’s SCCA Production-class champion Acura RSX Type S, NA4WD Subaru Impreza 2.5RS “Rascal”) and landed in "Smurfette" a L4WD Subaru WRX . Across multiple classes, Kristen has earned multiple podiums and L4WD Regional Championships in 2022 and 2023. After a brief break serving as the team’s Service Crew Chief, Kristen continues to compete in regional events while supporting the team at national championships.

Kathryn Hansen

Co-Driver - Car #232

Kathryn Hansen is a longtime co-driver with Tabor Racing Team, also supporting the team as an assistant mechanic and in logistics and transport. Based in Friday Harbor, Washington, she made her rally debut in 2001 at Wild West Rally and has since competed in over 150 stage rallies, bringing a deep understanding of pace notes, timekeeping, and team dynamics. Kathryn loves rally for its strategic “game” and shared vision with her driver, with a standout TRT memory being her first run through Bonfire Alley in 2024.

Henry Tabor is 20 years old, a third-generation rally driver from the Pacific Northwest who began racing at a young age and quickly progressed from karting and quarter midgets into car racing and American Rally Association stage rally.

Matt Tabor

Driver - Car #271

Matt has been rallying in the Pacific Northwest for more than 25 years, starting at the Oregon Trail Rally—an event he later helped oversee for over a decade as it grew into a national championship fixture. He’s competed in a wide range of cars and is one of the few drivers with significant experience in front-, rear-, and all-wheel drive. Matt currently drives the Tabor Racing Team’s 2006 Mazda3 and lives in Lake Stevens, Washington, with his wife and former co-driver, Monika.

Madelyn Tabor is a 23-year-old, third-generation rally driver from the Pacific Northwest who began racing at 13 and grew up immersed in rally as a family tradition. After starting in Quarter Midget karting, she transitioned to American Rally Association stage rally at 18.

Bruce Tabor

Driver - Car #222

​

Bruce began his motorsports journey as a teenager on the East Coast, participating in and writing road rallies and TSD (Time, Speed, Distance) rallies alongside his wife, Jan Tabor. After relocating to the Pacific Northwest and starting a family, he became active in the local rally community. Bruce initially served as a service crew chief before transitioning to driving himself in 1999. Bruce drives a 1991 Nissan SE-R.

Sophia McKee

Co-Driver - Car #209

​

Sophia McKee is from Buckley, Washington. She entered rally through volunteering at the Olympus Rally, progressed through sweep and course-opening cars, and made her co-driving debut before joining TRT at the Oregon Trail Rally with Madelyn. Sophia loves the precision and rhythm of note-calling at speed, has earned multiple standout moments, including an L4WD podium at Sno*Drift and the 43Institute Flat Out Award, and brings a lifelong passion for racing that began in the horse racing world.

Dylan Hooker

Co-Driver - Car #210

​Dylan Hooker is an experienced co-driver who began his rally career with the Tabor family in 2004, starting as service crew and in rallycross. He has made 36 starts as a co-driver and, in 2025, began co-driving for Henry Tabor, completing seven rallies together. Dylan brings deep team history, strong pacenote discipline, and long-term continuity to the program.

Jan Tabor

Co-Driver - Car #231

Janice Tabor, AKA "Mama Tabor," has been a co-driver for Kristen Tabor since 2001, competing in a 2003 Subaru WRX, nicknamed "Smurfette" in the Limited 4WD (L4) class. She began her role with Tabor Racing Team as service chief, ensuring smooth operations at rallies before stepping into the co-driver seat. Deeply committed to the sport, Janice is actively involved in the motorsports careers of her children and grandchildren and proudly represents women in motorsports.

Denae Murphy

Co-Driver - Car #271

​

Denae Murphy got her start in rally as a spectator at the 2010 Mt. Hood Rally and quickly worked her way into the sport as a photographer, social media creator, and eventually a co-driver. She primarily co-drives for Matt Tabor, with additional seat time alongside Kristen, Mark, and Madelyn. While she prefers 2WD, she’s happy as long as wheels are turning. The fast cars and fun roads draw her in, it’s the people that keep her coming back to Rally.

Erin Hooker

Co-Driver - Car #222

Erin began co-driving for Bruce in 2018 and also fills in for Kristen when Janice is unavailable. She was introduced to stage rally by her husband, Dylan, who is also a co-driver, and has since become an integral part of the Tabor Racing Team’s co-driving roster.

Steve Perret

Crew

​

Steve started rallying around 2000, first in TSD and soon after in stage rally, where he helped build a car with his son. Steve is a charter member of TEAM FUGAWI, one of the longest-running stage rally course-opening teams in the U.S., and he drives 000 in PNW events. As a lifelong mechanic, rally has always been part of Steve's life. He loves keeping Tabor Racing cars on the road—especially working alongside his partner and Co-Driver, Kathryn Hansen.

Zack Ryder

Crew

Zack Ryder is based in Hillsboro, Oregon. He first became involved in rally in 2017 at the Oregon Trail Rally, where he was invited to work service and supported four TRT cars. His favorite memories with TRT include traveling the country for rallies and unforgettable moments like seeing the northern lights at LSPR.

Gabe Young

Crew | Driver - Car #703

Gabe Young is a mechanic and driver competing in car 703 and based in Bonney Lake, Washington. He first became involved in rally as a mechanic at Rally Colorado in 2020 and was hooked by the fast-paced intensity of service. His favorite memory with TRT is finishing his first rally as a driver at the 2025 Oregon Trail Rally.

Andrew Kachmar

Andrew Kachmar is from Vergennes, Vermont, He made his rally debut at the 2025 100 Acre Wood Rally. He was introduced to rally through the UNOH Rally Club and got involved by reaching out to TRT to crew, becoming hooked on the sport’s teamwork and energy. Andrew values rally for its camaraderie and sportsmanship, with a favorite memory being the late-night service effort at SOFR 2025 where the entire crew came together to keep the cars race-ready.

Max Wagoner

Max Wagoner is from Ellicott City, Maryland. He made his rally debut crewing at LSPR 2024 and was drawn into the sport after seeing a rally-spec Evo X project at UNOH, leading him to jump in and crew the same weekend. Max loves seeing cars pushed to their limits and counts a late-night axle repair at SOFR 2025, saving what was feared to be a blown transmission, as his favorite TRT memory, with Bill Petrow as a key mentor.

Ian Davis

Ian Davis is based in Midway, Kentucky. He made his rally debut at the 2025 100 Acre Woods Rally after first discovering the sport while spectating at Sno*Drift earlier that year. Ian is drawn to rally for the balance between speed and attrition, enjoys learning the behind-the-scenes structure that makes competition possible, and dreams of one day taking his old Volvo on an overlanding adventure.

Tate Marchant joined TRT in 2025, making his rally debut at the Big White Winter Rally. The Bend, Oregon native is currently completing an automotive program and is eager to learn, expanding his hands-on knowledge of rally cars at every event. Inspired by Ken Block and Rob Dahm, Tate loves the incredible people in the rally community and the variety of cars he gets to see up close.

Nick Glendon

Nick Glendon is from Medford, New Jersey, and made his rally debut at LSPR 2024. He discovered rally through a chance meeting with Bill Petrow at UNOH, choosing to skip a career fair to talk with “the guy with the cool rally car,” and decided on the spot to crew at LSPR, which was an experience that hooked him immediately. Nick loves rally for its raw, unforgiving nature that tests the entire team, and counts LSPR 2025 as his favorite and most well-rounded rally experience to date.

Head of Strategy & Business Development

Co-Driver - Car #232

​

Lisa Flynn is the Head of Strategy for TRT, leading business development. She also occasionally slips into the right seat as co-driver for longtime friend, Mark. Lisa's rally debut was LSPR 2025 and she isn’t looking back. Driven by a deep commitment to advancing women to the highest levels of their industry, Lisa brings both strategic precision and competitive fire to TRT and Madelyn Tabor Racing. She sees stage rally as the perfect intersection of execution, trust, and split-second decision-making. Lisa is also a doctoral researcher studying how reducing cognitive load improves performance in high-stakes environments like cybersecurity, trauma surgery and, of course, race car driving.

Aidan Flynn

Car Detailer

Currently in Business School, Aidan Flynn is from Bend, Oregon. While he's known the Tabors his whole life, he officially joined the team for the 2025 Big White Winter Rally. A lifelong automotive,  motorsports, and outdoors fan - Aidan loves capturing the cars as they race through the stages in the woods. He supports the media team with photography, videography, editing and content creation - and provides vehicle detailing for all the TRT cars.
