Madelyn first attended a rally at four weeks old. She first started racing in Quarter Midgets at 13, then aged out to start stage rally at 18. She has now completed 7 rallies in her hand-me-down 99 Subaru Impreza 2.5 RS

Henry, the youngest member of TRT, has recently embarked on his career in stage rally and road racing. Impressively, he secured first place in his rookie season in SRF.

Oliver was introduced to rally by his dad, who has been involved in rally for 40 years. When he graduated high school and finished baseball in 2020, he was looking for something to fill the void. That's when he got the chance to co-drive at Southern Ohio Forest Rally. His dad taught him everything he needed to know about co-driving, and as well as completed the Craig Drew online advanced Co-Driver training.

In 2001, she began her career in stage rally as a codriver for her father, Bruce, and three brothers: Matt, Mark, and Jon. However, due to experiencing carsickness, she switched to driving. Her mother, Janice, has been her codriver for over 20 years, participating in almost every race together. Recently, they upgraded to a faster car, and have enjoyed learning and growing together.

Jan initially served as the service chief, ensuring that everyone's needs were met during rallies. Later, she seized the chance to join Kristen as her co-driver. Additionally, Jan is highly involved in the motorsports careers of her children and grandchildren and loves to represent Women in Motorsports.

When Bruce was a teenager, he began his motorsports career on the East Coast by participating and writing in road rallies with Janice. After moving to the West and starting a family, he became involved in the local PNW racing community. He started off as a service crew chief but eventually began driving himself in 1998.

​Erin began co-driving for Bruce in 2018 and sometimes fills in for Kristen when Janice is not available. Her husband, Dylan, who is also a co-driver, introduced her to stage rally.
